The room was very clean. We were close to both the elevator and ice machine and it was not noisy. The breakfast was hot and provided a good variety for every taste. The scrambled eggs were fresh, light and fluffy. However my main complaint is the WiFi did not work in our room. When I spoke to the ladies at the front desk they said they could do nothing about that and that it happened all the time. I take exception with that. It is 2025/26. If your WiFi does not work in different parts of the hotel then your carrier is not providing good service. They should be consulted and the problem should be rectified. I expected to do work and conduct video calls from my room and could not. I had to go to Tim Hortons to conduct business. It was very inconvenient. If you want to be recognized as a top-rated hotel, please do better.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for a Bills game. The hotel is unique. I love how wide the hallways are and all the pictures and frames on the wall. The room feels like a time warp but in a good way. Breakfast was good with a good selection and friendly staff. The hotel is located on a street with many food options nearby as well as lots of shopping. It's about less than a half hour drive from Highmark stadium so it was rather convenient. I would recommend staying here!

The hotel is stately, beautiful and elegantly decorated and furnished. The rooms are very large. However the rooms are very dated and do not have any usb outlets. The elevator was out of order. The breakfast was on par with a typical holiday inn express type breakfast, which was quite disappointing. The staff was very responsive and accommodating.

This was a journey back in time to a Vegas style experience circa 1985. Everything is in good shape and the steakhouse was excellent.
