Hampton in properties are generally excellent in all areas. The stay specific issue we experienced was check in set for 3 PM and there were no rooms ready. One hour delay spent in lobby. If we had a hard deadline to meet, we would have been in trouble. I attribute problem to the lack of workers available industry wide and not to the staff at this property.

Very convenient to my son at UB. Always pleasant staff at check in. I have not made use of their breakfast to be able to rate that. Clean, quiet room.

We had a very nice overnight stay when we moved our son into his campus apartment st UB. Very close to there. The girl checking me in was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and I was surprised how quiet. Now I wasn’t there during a busy time, as most parent’s probably had already gone home.
