The hotel was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. Had an issue with our room but we were quickly changed to another. The breakfast was very good.

Property itself looks nice. The room needs updating desperately. The mattress is old, the walls need repairing (holes in wall) the carpet needs replacing, the towel bar in bathroom is coming out of wall and there is mold on the bathroom wall above the mirror. However, the hotel was very conveniently located to where we needed to be. Staff was very friendly and provided towels and coffee as needed. We stayed 6 days and there is no cleaning of rooms during stay.

The front desk worker was great! Don’t love that the only window in the room is facing the hallway so have to keep the curtain closed the whole time. But was clean.

Name of the property is deceiving. Says in Galleria area...this property is not close to galleria and is a terrible area of town. I was not familar with the area to know thats its a bad part of town until we got there in person. Very low score for cleanliness. For example, our bed sheets were stained...and the stain location was right at the top where they fold down the top sheet. It was very visible..there is no way the maid could have not seen the stains .... the sheets should have been thrown away. When we complained to front desk, we received no apology...no offer to change the sheets, they just handed us a new set without any apology.

Our room was dingy with dirty garbage cans and no trash bag in them. Our toilet ran all night and then got plugged so we could not use it. We called front desk and they told us to go outside room and look for a cleaning lady... we could not find one. TV only received a couple stations and there was a lot of static, we had to move cable cord around to watch TV. Our iron board was broke and there was no hair dryer in the room.

If at anytime you find an item is missing, please let us know. We will quickly get you a replacement. As far as housekeeping we do still limit exposure on stayovers for the safety of our guests and our employees. I'm truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I hope we may have the opportunity to provide you with a superior stay in the future.

Pros The room was clean, that's about the only pro this place had Cons no windows to the outside, the only window looked out to the hallway, all bathroom fixtures were loose, recessed light in shower was about to fall out, remote didn't work, solution given by front seat also didn't work, no fresh towels for our 2nd night, had to retrieve from front desk, and finally room card key was very slow to work, especially on outside doors

I was extremely disappointed The room was not clean The toilet was clogged and there was no one to fix it so we didn’t have a bathroom for our stay when we ask for new room clerk claimed there were no rooms When we ask for partial refund we were told to talk to travelocity

I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience and totally understand your frustration. This is unacceptable. I have discussed this with the staff, to ensure this does not happen in the future. Unfortunately when a room has been paid outside of the hotel, any discount or refunds do need to go through the company you booked with. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I do hope we may have the chance to change your perception of our accommodations by providing you a superior stay in the future.

Nothing, it said full breakfast and it wasn't. There was mold on the walls. Ceiling tiles were water stained, carpet was wet from the air conditioner, someone nasty dirty face mask was left behind the door. I will never choose a Best Western ever again.
