I am a long standing member/ guest of Hampton Inn Hotels and have had wonderful experiences in the past. However; I stayed four nights at this facility in Buffalo, NY. and had the worst experience of my life. The first two nights my sleep was interrupted by a barking dog and the explanation from management was “We are a pet friendly hotel. ” [So you’re not a, I value the rest/sleep of a paying customer friendly hotel?] Furthermore; there was an infestation of bugs that kept biting me. I captured some in a bottle and asked the attendant Trevor to give it to the manager but of course the evidence conveniently disappeared and the explanation from management was “they saw know activity.” If this is an experience you are willing to have, this is the perfect place to stay.

The wrong Hampton Inn Buffalo Airport driver insisted that we were at her hotel (which we were not registered for and took us there) Only thru the gracious service of the manager of the Hampton Inn Buffalo airport (Genesee St) were we able to getmto the right Hampton Inn

Hot water in bathroom very slow to get hot. No towel bars in bathroom. One of the hooks provided meant towel hung over toilet-yuk! No way to make a cup of tea in the room, only coffee. Liked big tv and bed was very comfy. Location very convenient.
