Okay stay.

The space was clean, bed comfy and front desk pleasant. The furniture in room needs an update. Bathroom had some mildew and cracked tile. Towels were new and thick. Dove toiletries were good. This is not a service hotel but it was good enough for a quick stay in Buffalo. Location was excellent. Soooooo much shopping. Breakfast was just ok. No fruit salad or many choices for breakfasts. Sausage, bacon and eggs that looked way overcooked. Coffee was god. It met my essential needs. My number one con was cleanliness. Okay.

They did not empty our trash and change our towels out one night. We literally were leaving for the day and saw the cleaning team as we were leaving. When we returned at 7 pm and called for an explanation at the front desk, no one picked up the call for 20 minutes of rings. 2nd shift service is TERRIBLE.
