Bathroom and closet doors were not properly aligned making it difficult to close. Housekeeping was not performed daily. Refrigerator not secured in cabinet. Handicap parking located in front or by a non access door. Check in staff was outstanding. When I made the reservation I specified a first floor room or room close to the elevator due to my wife’s handicap. We were given a third floor room distant from the elevator and the curtains wouldn’t close. I checked with the front desk and was given a first floor room close to an entrance/exit and parking.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. So convenient to everything I wanted to do and easy to get to the airport. Room had a few minor cosmetic things. Can I say how amazing the pillows are. I’m going to have to purchase some now.
