Lobby was modern and clean but cold, same with bar/restaurant...had to wear a coat as did the girl working it. This hotel is CASHLESS, I refuse to be forced to buy a bag of chips or a bottle of water with a credit card, same for a meal, it should be my choice! Room was clean and roomy but the heater was like a jet plane every time it came on and woke us through the night. The shower and toilet were in one area and the sink in another. In the shower area there was no where to hang a towel, or place clean clothes to dress after showering. One tiny hook on the door which only leaves the toilet (yuk) as a place to leave clothes. So tired of this trend, make the place user friendly please. The cashless thing is not something I want to support, will check ahead next time but it will not be here.

I was disappointed with the room the bath tubs were rusted all along the bottom and we needed the sofa bed which had a huge stain under the mattress so we couldn’t use. We got there very late and were unable to switch rooms bc my autistic son was already settled.

After driving 7 hours i finally got to the hotel and they had one incompetent person running the entire hotel on a Saturday night. The credit card machines were malfunctioning, and the employee was way out of her league as far as coming up with a solution. After about a half an hour she finally managed to created a room card key but waiting that long after 7 hours of driving i 95 hell will never make me take a chance on this hotel again. also, its a bit dated. Might have been a nice double tree 40 years ago, but time has not been its friend.
