Nice large place, it served its purpose. Was missing one bathroom of the 3 we thought were available inside the main house buy we managed fine. Could use a real grill to cook on for sure. Thanks for the rental

Great Space for Families!

We rented that house for my family from Georgia to spend time with my 87 year old Dad, who lives in the Haymount area of Fayetteville. We brought him over to spend the day and the house was perfect. There is a Living Room/Keeping Room off the Kitchen and a separate TV room for kids. Worked perfect for us to sit and talk with my Dad, yet have the kids nearby. Awesome back yard area. We need to come back when we can use the pool!

We enjoyed the property until we were invaded by bugs. The kitchen had what appeared to be roaches running all over the counter tops and coming out of outlets.. they said they would have someone come right out.after we left.

Perfect house for us!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was so well set up for our crew. Everything was comfortable and lived in but clean, perfect for a family. The pool is huge and the back porch is very comfortable. We'd definitely come back and recommend for any family!

Incredible Home

A dream home ! Highly recommend if you’re looking for the perfect place to bring family and friends together for a special event. The house was perfect ! The layout offered great flow, no one ever felt crowded. Between the pool table, swimming pool, play area and outdoor seating area, we truly did not want to leave. Everyone relaxed and enjoyed our time together at this splendid home.

Nice Family Getaway

My family enjoyed and I couldn’t keep the kids out of the pool. The house is spacious and we had plenty of room. It could have used a little TLC. The closet door was off in the back room. There was as a doorknob off the closet in another room, and a nest of bees on the balcony off the master bedroom which prevented us from using it. I would still stay again.

Wish we could have stayed longer…

Gwynyth was so amazing to work with and the property was perfect for what we needed. Amazing space, both indoor and out, and our toddler loved the toys and room to run around. We had extenuating circumstances and Gwynyth did everything she could to help us and be accommodating. My only complaint was that there were dirty dishes in the cabinets when we arrived and not nearly enough dishware/dish clothes. Other than that, perfect! Would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!

Amazing Stay

Gwyn was the perfect host. I can’t say enough about our stay in her amazing home. The location was great and in a beautiful neighborhood. The house had everything we needed for our weekend stay. It was spacious enough for my group of 14. The pool was pristine, this was such a fun experience!

Great place to stay

This was my second time staying at this home. The house is great with an extremely responsive host. The house is very clean and spacious and has excellent amenities. The back patio is great! They improved the parking situation as well over the last year with a new driveway which made things very easy for multiple families/friends. The only downside is the area of Fayetteville outside of the neighborhood is a little rough. When you pull into the neighborhood though it’s quiet and feels very safe. Would definitely stay again!
