This property exceeded our expectations. The staff was courteous, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, well-appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered lots of choice. The location was perfect for all the main tourist sights but felt like an oasis when we walked in. This was a lovely resort in a very walkable area of Florence. As soon as we got to the facility, a staff member sat down with us and reviewed the map with us and how to get to important places that we wanted to get to. They were very eager to make dinner reservations for us, which we found very helpful. It was a great location for walking pretty much anywhere we wanted to in town. The facilities is extremely clean and the breakfast was very delicious. We would definitely stay there again.
