Stay comfortably in Sandwich at this 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment with spacious, open concept in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is one unit of a duplex.

The bedroom is on the 2nd floor, and the bathroom is on the 1st floor.

The farmer's porch (shared space with the main house), backyard, and woods behind the apartment make this a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation that's close to all that Sandwich has to offer while providing a quiet retreat from it all at the end of the day.

Near several ponds and saltwater beaches, tennis and pickleball courts, and hiking trails.

Working space with adjustable standing desk in a spacious, second floor bedroom with a queen size bed and futon. The futon folds out to use as a bed.

The downstairs features a brand new kitchen, dinner table, bathroom, and living room with couches and 55-inch smart TV that you can use to access your subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, or other streaming services. An 18-inch dishwasher was just installed in February 2025!

Play the piano? A beautiful baby grand piano sits at the other end of the living room.

Mini-splits provide AC for hot summer days. Self check-in through a key code.
