5-Star Spacious Modern Beachfront Home w/ Stunning Views! Step out to the Beach!

Amazing beachfront location right on the sand of Hollywood beach. Enjoy famous Florida views from the comfort of the home's giant windows and balconies on both floors. All restaurants, parks, museums, etc. within walking distance. Visit the hip circle and lively downtown Hollywood where all the nightlife begins. This single family home has no home owner's association and is kid friendly. All shopping is within few miles. Many extras included in your stay, including provided adult and kids bicycles you can use to cruise down the boardwalk. This home mixes the lavish beach front views with exciting night life and excursions. This home has hurricane proof windows and doors and was was designed in 2022 with the most modern furniture, finishes, and appliances to be very high end. The countertops are quartz and all the appliances are black stainless with a separate wine cooler. Each bedroom has large flat screen tv's and custom built in closets with comfortable quality mattresses. There are laundry machines on the 2nd and 3rd floor for convenience making it close to the bedrooms on each level. This property is on the 2nd and 3rd floor level with private access from the 1st floor door facing the beach. This home has 4 bedrooms all with queen size beds and 3 1/2 bathrooms completely remodeled. There is seating for meals at the kitchen island with 4 bar stools for 4 people at a time and not a formal dining room. There is also a first floor studio unit with its own private access from the parking lot side for 2 people which is rented separately at different times throughout the year. The 1st floor unit for 2 people is approximately 200-400 per night depending on the time of the year. Only the front patio is shared with the 1st floor unit if the 1st floor unit happens to be rented at the same time.

**Apologies for the mention of "POOL" under popular amenities, it is a technical glitch and is being fixed currently! There is no pool in the property!**

We spent a weekend in this gorgeous home! It’s ocean front with only the boardwalk in front of the home. Home was immaculately clean. Everything that we needed was provided. The furnishings are gorgeous. The view is spectacular. Easy walking distance on boardwalk to shops and restaurants. Parking is a little tight. Fullsize SUV will not fit in the driveway. But it’s a fabulous home in a fabulous location. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Location location location...and Views

A group of 4 ladies..loved our stay in Hollywood Beach. The house was super clean, and well maintained. Very updated and new. Had Bikes, beach chairs, Beach towels and more for outside fun. Inside was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils etc. We really didn't cook much:) Cuz there were so many restaurants minutes from the house. Communication was great, easy Check-in and good instructions. Would love to stay again.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This property is stunning as is the view! The location is on the quieter end of the boardwalk, away from the crowds. The kitchen was well stocked with most of the necessities. My only recommendation would be to bring disposable plates/silverware to cut down on having to do dishes. The house was spotless when we arrived! Our property host made sure to check in with us to make sure our stay was going well which was very considerate. We hope to be able to return again soon. Thanks for a fantastic visit!

Terrific rental on the boardwalk. Fully renovated with high end appliances and comfortable bedrooms and baths. Well equipped with good bikes, sun shades, infant equipment and ample towels. Responsive, organized owner/property manager. Walk to all conveniences and restaurants and 10 steps to lovely clean beach! Highly recommend!

Beautiful townhouse in great location

The townhouse has recently been renovated and all the rooms are very comfortable. There is a ton of storage space and the property had everything we needed for the beach. It even had scooters for kids. The ocean views from the living room and upstairs bedroom are amazing. The location is unbeatable. There is a boardwalk in front of the townhouse for walking & running, and the beach is steps away. It is under a 10 minute walk to the more lively section of the boardwalk (restaurants, bars, ice cream). Georgio's is a great pastry places nearby. The best thing about the location is that it's walkable to many things, but very quiet.

Even nicer than the pics and an amazing location

We loved our stay on this property. The location is perfectly nestled between two busier areas of the beach. The ocean views are incredible, and the house has all the amenities to take full advantage of the beach. We took advantage of the bikes, the chairs, and the generous number of beach towels. It is a very short walk or bike ride down the beach to all the restaurants and activities. It’s wonderful to go have a nice dinner in the crowded areas and then return to this peaceful location for a quiet evening. The kitchen was well equipped, though we did all of our meals outside the unit. Everything was immaculate inside the property. We love the modern style and all the creative touches, including the lighting, furniture, and the huge TVs. We would definitely come back again.

Amazing Location

Incredible location and very very clean and well stocked. My complaints are that seating is very limited. Only 4 seats to eat at. And no ceiling fans make it really hot to sleep. Had to keep ac really low so we could sleep at all. Overall great property with these exceptions that I mentioned.

Nice but lacking some necessities

I will start out that this is a beautiful rental in a great location. It sleeps 8 comfortably, it's nicely decorated and location was superb. My frustrations: The house sleeps 8, however there was not enough plates, cups, silverware etc for 8 people. The kitchen necessities were scarce, no frying pans, only 1 pot with lid, some plastic left over storage containers, cutting board... There is 3 counter stools, no table to eat at (my fault for not noticing in the listing) Upon arrival the kitchen was dirty, oven was filthy, crumbs on counter, and refrigerator was dirty inside, and sheets were dirty on one bed.I reached out to the host which he was responsive and had his cleaning team come back to the home, unfortunately it was at 9pm...a little inconvenient, but he did remedy the situation. He did have them also bring a frying pan and an iron, as the iron was missing in the house. We had a storm during our stay and the slider doors in the living room were leaking water all over the tile floor. Host was notified, but not much he could do while we were there and streets were flooding. It's a great property, but for the amount of money you pay to stay here, this host needs to beef up the kitchen amenities and possibly add a small table for eating. The shared outdoor space was uncomfortable for us, as tenants were occupying the downstairs unit and it was awkward, they kept opening and closing their curtains and we were just uneasy using that space

Hollywood Beach Summer Fun

Second year - we did not feel disappointed or had a negative word while staying at this townhome! It was clean and felt comfortable for our 7 adults and 3 youngsters to creat our family memories. It had beach stuff for us to use and games. It was a perfect place for us all to be together and fit - since we only get to see each other in the summer. Thank you for allowing us to use this town home.
