When we checked in I was notified that we were down graded. We did not get the ocean view balcony that I had booked months ago. Our room was very out dated . No water pressure. Had water leaking from vent above. Breakfast was not great. Positives you are right across from the beach and the pool was very nice .

Requested soap for the shower dispenser they did not have any in stock. Another request that asked for wash cloth and towel took over an hour to receive .After waiting the duration when s/one finally arrived they came with one item not both items. I frequently stay here on my winter vacation overlay. Service was never lowered to this level of efficiency.

We prepaid for an oceanfront room. We checked at approximately 11:15pm on my birthday after a long day of flying. We were given a room with a partial view but I didn't notice because of the hour. I was hoping to see my first Atlantic sunrise. There was no sunrise visible. The following day we were given a credit of $41.81 (one resort fee plus tax). That amount is hardly the difference in room rates between ocean front and partial view.

Se anuncian como un hotel 4.5 estrella, pero tienen dos edificios. El primero se ve confortable, pero el segundo que es con vista hacia la marina, es diferente al primero. Las habitaciones, aunque limpias, no tienen el confort de lo que dicen ofrecer. Tengo la sensación de que se burlaron de mi y pague un precio alto, por algo que no se correspondía. El servicio de valet parking me parece muy costoso por noche. Me fuí un día antes decepcionado.

Beach location is amazing! The "Marina" hotel is the small building- not main hotel where you check in and I would 100% not recommended. It's like the forgotten building. Leaving today at 10am- garbage was on the floor in the main lobby, and furniture a mess. Our hotel room was on the 4th floor. Upon arrival it seemed very nice and clean. We began to take showers, ran out of hot water. It only worked with the foot faucet. The room was freezing. There is no heat in the building.We turned the thermostat to the hottest temp but the cold air kept going- it was 70. 20 min in to the stay, there was a LOUD vibration that shook the floor. It hurt my head. It went on for a good 20 min. We called front desk- they said they would switch us and send someone. They never called us back. Turns out they were doing boiler room testing which happens monthly but no one could tell us this- we saw the handyman. OVERALL wonderful location but I feel ripped off spending $400 Canadian a night- they didn't eve off use the cookie haha

Property is great however watch out for the parking ! You get to park yourself for $55 a night or do valet, $60 a night, where your car is parked outside like any other parking lot. No problem with paying for parking but the value is just not here

The hotel is outdated and not very clean but it’s nice to walk to pool and beach. The hotel is in a convenient area enough that you can look past the downfalls of the hotel room if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room.

Killed between 5-7 roaches in the room which shocked me with it being a Hilton. Room had burnt spots all over the floor, tv remote did not work. I knew we were in trouble when I walked in and they stored our bags and never brought them to us.
