We had a lovely week long stay. We were in the area for medical appointments at the Cleveland clinic. The hotel was located 5 miles away, which was very convenient. Our room was comfortable, the hotel was very clean and the staff went above and beyond to assure we were well taken care of. I will definitely refer this hotel to others and for sure will be back in the future.

The rooms were very clean and staff were all great. My only complaint is the breakfast. It was not good. The area was clean but not good choices.

Pros: Room was clean, bed good. Cons: Not enough parking. I’m a tech guy but had to have hotel in person assistance just turning on TV. Very un-user friendly Tv/media setup. Even when using tv remote to turn tv off to go to bed, 30 seconds later, tv would come back on automatically. Had to unplug it. Lobby - Coffee was empty and told by staff it was being made. 25 minutes later coffee arrived. Upon checkout - while standing in front of Hilton Honors sign, I asked attendant to ensure I received points for our stay and (without any effort) I was immediately told it was not something she could do, that I would have to call “them”. No king bed as reserved and told it was due to overbooking. For the price paid, I won’t go back.

We never got there. Family emergency took us to the hospital and we were unable to go. Unfortunately too much was going on to allow us to cancel the reservation I have been trying to teach a manager all day to ask if they can share some forgiveness on our charges but was told no manager is on duty today I left mess for Gilda to call me on Monday. Hoping for some help I also have a room booked there April 23.

Walls are paper thin!!!! The people in the room next to us had a party until 2am. Slamming doors, yelling in the hall. You can hear everyone ALL times of the day.

I have stayed in several Extended-Stay /Suite hotels and this HOME2 in WestonFla gets a 10 from me/us. The breakfast was superior to similiar properties and I have never seen a larger lobby/ breakfast suite in a similar property. Plus, the price was cheaper by far!

Overall was very nice, clean you can see it is new. Staff wasn't to friendly at 2am, and the parking lot was full. But the thing that really needs attention is the outlets, we have 3 CPAP machines and the ones by nightstand are okay but the others doesn't allow you to plug anything. Even my cellphone charger was difficult.

Brand new, everything is perfect except the pillows! So thin! Nice small kitchen. Pool still on construction! Breakfast bar good. A lots of places to be seated just to chill😊 Will come again with my pillows!
