My wife and I were not able to get rest as there were drunk people next door and below my room pounding on our door and slamming there doors , I called for Security (as per the security guard) He told me he would ask them not to knock on my door and also to stop slamming the doors , he added that he had just encountered the group of people and that they were very drunk.and he had assisted them into there rooms. This all started at 11:00pm when they pounded on our room door and woke us up then at -12:30am and 2:20am. It continued until 4:00am I was offered to change my room the next morning although my wife was not willing to move all of our belongings At 8:00am as this would make us late for the wedding we were attending that morning. The offer to move rooms was good only for that time as I did explain this would make us late. The manager said he could only offer this at that time due to the cleaning of the room. This created a snowball effect for us that day as we were groggy and tired from lack of sleep. The second night was okay . I would truly appreciate a refund for the one night. Sincerely the Korbels

Staff was terrific, friendly and responsive to our requests. Staff earned the two stars of our stay. Room was small. I get the millennial aesthetic of small hotel rooms, but seriously - for a few extra bucks I could’ve gotten a 50% larger room at a Marriott Courtyard. Hilton doesn’t do a good job of keeping the hotel stocked though.

My son has cerebral palsy, and is in a wheelchair. We had a handicap room the 1st night . We needed to stay a second night, I had to make a new reservation . I told the front desk, I was extending my stay . They made me move out of our room and move in to the room next door . They said I didn’t check out , and recheck in. I did because they had to fix my keys or I couldn’t have got in my room or in the elevator.

I front desk people were great - friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with a large variety. However, we were there 3 days and not once did anyone come to clean our room, empty the trash, replenish toilet paper and kleenex or replace the used towels. A little disappointing. I don't think I will stay at this hotel again.
