Price makes sense

Unfortunately this is on a first floor of a condo complex that obviously has flooded many times or is directly under the water table. There is a strong musty smell when you walk in the unit. Also water bugs are coming from somewhere, (3) when I stayed the week.

Horrible! Unsafe and mold! Terrible management

Where to begin… The neighbors on the street told me to leave ASAP because SWAT is there and it’s so unsafe. The unit looks nothing like the pictures and reeks of mold. The ACs in all of the units are disgusting from the back of the building, dripping with mold. Couch reeks of cat piss. There is no assigned parking and other renters yelled at me about parking. I immediately contacted the owners and Vrbo and they refused to let me leave although I was having hives and a reaction because of my mold allergy and I sent pictures of water damage and molded over AC unit units.There are no screens in the windows so you cannot get fresh air and it’s unsafe anyway so you wouldn’t wanna leave them open. Vrbo and the owner still will not give me my money back. I went online and there are so many bad reviews about this property manager. I never would have stayed here. I contacted them, no respons
