There is no microwave or water provided. We had two people staying but soap for one for two nights because they do not clean every day. This was the cheaper option for the three day stay and still at almost $900 I expect better. The sink was also clogged so that was a problem. Just really not up to the Best Western experiences I have had in the past.

Quite old property, but maintain fairly well. They provide good hot breakfast, definitely a plus for travelers. Like the convenient access to Manhattan Uptown. Value for money transit hotels for NYC.

The soundproofing in this hotel is terrible — you can clearly hear everything from the upstairs rooms and the hallway. On top of that, the key cards constantly malfunctioned, and I was locked out of my room late at night more than once.
