Sandy Breeze is a charming 3-bedroom canal front home with a fantastic pool, patio, and dock. Entering the home, guests are greeted with a cozy living area and dining space. Complete with a large flat screen TV and wall to wall sliding glass doors. Light filters into this space to make the area feel welcoming. A beautiful kitchen is tucked around the corner and features lots of counter space and stainless-steel appliances. A laundry area is off the kitchen. Unwind in the primary bedroom featuring a king bed and en suite with walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen and twin bed with TV while the second guest bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed. A guest bathroom is in the hall and offers a tub/shower combo. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park.
