Fantastic location on the water where you can walk to the beach or spend time at Lovers Key state park. See lots of wildlife and enjoy the onsite restaurant and bar, Flippers next to the pool with a waterfall and hot tub. All the action and tourist attractions you could want is just a 13 minute drive up the street to Fort Myers Beach, pier and the new Margaritaville!

Good place at good price

Condo was clean and nice view. There is construction going on from hurricane damage. The ac unit in the room is very loud. Being an hvac person blower motor is not right one or not set up right. Minor isdue.

Short Get Away in the warmth

Tired of cold weather, this was a short get away weekend. The condo was great with fantastic views of the back bay and across Lover’s Key. The beach was just across the drawbridge and a wonderful restaurant was just next door so we didn’t even have to cook! Had a great time.

Lovers key condo

Our stay was mostly good, excepting the necessary hurricane rehab/construction of condos and road work (loud noises, some smells). Dave was quickly responsive when the a/c was not working (got it working day 1 and fixed day 3) and pleasant to deal with. The unit was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the sunrise, the boaters/waterskis and fisherman, and spending time in the sun at the pool. The lovers Key State Park beach is nearby and beautiful, and we enjoyed walking and exploring that as well.

Noisy and no privacy

AC broken and no one to contact. Balcony taped up, construction going on with no privacy. Condo extremely small with no windows that open.

Trouble in Paradise

When we checked in AC broken but owner/host responded immediately and called for repairman but as it was a Saturday took until nighttime. When he returned at 10pm with new part, there was a loud boom and we were plunged in darkness. Again owner responsive and found an emergency condo by 11pm to have us spend the night. Electricity was turned back on by late morning. It took another 18 hours to get AC fixed; but the owner kept us informed. The view from this condo was awesome and worth the difficulties. The shower was great with powerful water stream. Nearby great restaurant called Flippers. DrW
