Just spent a month here. Well worth it.Jim, the host, was very responsive to any questions or issues.Location is great, easy drive to the entire Ft Myers area and the coast.Loved the fenced in patio area.The unit has been updated. 2 large, comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths.If you're looking for a reasonably affordable place that's close to much of SW FLA, this is a good choice.

We were really impressed with the quiet location of the condo. The parking spaces are virtually at the front door, the swimming pool is less than half a block away, and the private patio with it's festival lights is a nice touch. The unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The mattress in the master bedroom was actually comfortable which is not always the case in VRBO units. The overall condo layout was exactly as described and shown in the listing and fit our vacations requirements exactly. Everything about this condo was perfect. However, the television provider system (I think is Google TV) is very confusing and certainly not user friendly. I am sure that future guests that are more tech-savvy, will not have the problems that we encountered. We would certainly return to this unit. Jim & Ruth H.

Great rental!

Older townhouse complex but once you enter this townhome, you’d never know it. Wonderful remodel, everything was beautifully decorated, modern and seemed brand new. Very clean, has everything you’d need. Community is quiet and friendly. Pool is clean and good temperature. Grounds are well manicured. Host is extremely responsive and helpful. We’d book again next year but it’s already booked. Highly recommend!

Adorable court yard

Place was adorable, loved the private courtyard ! Well anppoinyed with everything you need. Neighborhood is central to everything- airport 15 mins, beaches 20 mins and Barbara Mann theater around the corner. Hosts were amazing! I actually felt a little sad leaving. Great get away sot.
