Staff and service were horrible. I booked and paid for a standard king and instead for two beds that looks like twin bed without discussing the change with me. The lady at the front desk was very rude and lacked customer service skills. I will never use or recommend that hotel again.

The hotel was incredibly run down. The hotel room was a mish mash of random old falling apart furniture and there was mold growing in the bathroom/sink areas. Check in/out was incredibly easy. The cleaning people did come every day and tidied up/gave fresh towels/took out the trash. I think this is an instance of you get what you pay for. It met our needs but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean well maintained room complete with fridge and microwave. Cleaning staff are on it, pool is open - all around great value. Knowledgeable staff, helped work through the consistent Expedia nightmare of underpaying the hotel. I would strongly recommend for individual or family travel, book through Wyndham site.

Checking in was a nightmare! We have our license and the clerk said our payment was declined! It took almost an hour to straighten this out! I called Expedia and she refused to speak to the rep! She said they had to call her! Expedia called her and finally it was straightened out. We checked into the room and it was smelly and mold in the tub! Extremely disappointing!!

Police raided the hotel while I was there for dealers and hookers. 3 police cars and about 5 cops. They literally told me I wasn’t safe there, that the hotel is known for illicit activities and they are there often. I left and neither Expedia or the Days Inn would issue refund. Aside from that, the room was pretty nasty too DO NOT GO THERE!!

The front desk staff were somewhat ok i was super annoyed that the pool seemed very cleaned but was told closed and they could not say. Sometimes when you go to the desk no one is there you have to wait. The think the cost to have your pet which was $20 per day is way to high.

Terrible Stay

My son and I were on a weekend baseball trip. He hurt himself on the second day and we needed to fly home for an MRI. The hotel GM refused to refund part of the remaininf time. The breakfast was from 6 to 9am I'm guessing because no kne is up at 6am unless they have to be. DON'T STAY HERE! There are cheeper better options around.

Definitely not here again

I found the room to have unfinished plaster walls, the bathroom ceiling paint was peeling off. You could smell the scent of a previous smoker although it was non-smoking room. This was a business trip of one night otherwise, I would have left and found another hotel.
