I enjoyed my stay here. From checkin to checkout everything was great. Cookies and water at the entrance, hotel was nice and clean, staff was pleasant and the breakfast was tasty. Comfy bed too.

The staff were very friendly but not a great experience overall. The tight lobby and very small elevator made check in difficult, with people accumulating waiting for next elevator. And at one point the elevator wasn’t working. And do not stay on the back side of the hotel. One morning we were awakened at 5am by lawn crews revving up their trucks. Another morning, garbage trucks were loading/unloading dumpsters at 5am. And the halls were very noisy with soccer players at midnight. Maid service was only on request and one morning our room just didn’t get cleaned after we asked.

I like that the appliances tv, coffee maker were easy to use. I like freezer in refrigerator to refreeze my ice pack for my cooler. I saw a cottontail rabbit on the property.

1st room was not what I paid for, very nice woman at the desk was able to change my room. The shower was not thought out very well, as you can't turn on water without getting a cold shower first. The 3 hanging bottles, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, were either empty or near empty. Breakfast was sad. The bacon was greasy and fatty. The turkey sausage was dry and under cooked. The room otherwise was clean and updated. Parking is easy and staff were friendly.

Good but there was 2 bugs in the bathroom they were not roaches though we killed them and didn’t see anymore after that… we let them know about it so they can look into it. We stayed the whole week and no issues, staff was nice and house keeping very polite ladies.

The room was fine not great but worth what we paid for it. The issues we had was being on the first floor due to early morning noise and outside our window was facing the back of TJ Max and Costco. So on Monday at 7am, the trash service came and changed out their dumpsters for close to an hour. It was loud and woke us up. Breakfast was small but okay and the pool was okay. Again for the price. You want to stay on the front side of the building and above the first floor if staying there. We probably won’t stay there again.

Stayed 4 nights and only had 1 nights peaceful sleep due to a college basketball team shouting in there rooms next door and across also slamming doors until 1am ever after we complained several times this was for 2 nights then the 3rd night they put someone in the room next door with screaming crying baby,The offered us another room on the 3rd night but as we had decorated the room for Christmas we declined,So this was a very unsatisfactory stay.We will not stay at this hotel ever again as they do not care about guest comfort.
