Sunny, bright home furnished with everything you need for a great vacation relaxing by
the saltwater pool while taking in beautiful water views. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3
baths, the split layout provides privacy between the master suite and 2 guest rooms.
The home will easily accommodate families, couples or singles traveling together.

The spacious screened pool area includes a solar and electrically heated saltwater pool,
a covered patio with TV, ceiling fans, pool lounge chairs, a comfortable sectional and a
dining table with extension for seating six-eight people. There is a gas grill for outdoor
cooking.

This home is a boaters dream and outdoor lovers paradise! Located in SE Cape Coral, this home has
direct Gulf access and is 5 minutes by boat to the Caloosahatchee River. No bridges,
means quick access to the Gulf, Sanibel and Fort Myers!


Walk down to the private dock to fish or sunbathe or take your boat on a Gulf adventure.
By boat, the Gulf of Mexico is just 20 minutes away! We are also close to golf, great
restaurants, SunSplash Waterpark, Cape Coral Marina, Caloosahatchee Amphitheater
and easy access to Southwest Florida airport.

Great getaway!

This was a great property in a quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for a group of our size (7 adults) with plenty of space so we weren’t tripping over each other and several different sitting areas, which was great, but we could all still fit and the main sitting area to watch a movie together. Having a pool was a game changer for the days we didn’t go to the beach. The kitchen was great to still feel part of the group in the main sitting area and to see people out in the pool area. The location was perfect for the activities/locations we went to during our stay, either in Cape Coral or Fort Myers. The dock was nice to sit out on and watch the sunrises and to fish a bit. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Adorable place!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is perfect for a couple or a family. We did have to locate and put the solar cover back on the pool and we never could find a cover for the outside TV but other than that, everything was as described and great! We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful too.

Great Home for a pleasant stay in Florida

The house is very spacious and well maintained. We didn't missed anything. The house is a great starting point to explore Cape Coral and Fort Myers. We enjoyed every day and if we come back to Florida will this house be our first choice again.

Im Großen und Ganzen war unser Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Positiv: - die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich, alle Infos waren verstĂ€ndlich und ausfĂŒhrlich - der Check-In ging schnell - das Haus war innen sauber und sehr hĂŒbsch eingerichtet - es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Dinge, die sonst gekauft werden mĂŒssen, waren reichlich da - der Ausblick auf den Kanal ist wunderschön - die Lage war fĂŒr uns perfekt Negativ: - manches braucht ein Update, zB die VordertĂŒr. Diese war so verzogen, dass wir beim Check-In fast nicht reingekommen wĂ€ren, man musste sie schon mit Gewalt aufziehen - das Garagentor ist mittig gebrochen, war immer spannend zu sehen, ob es beim Hochfahren hĂ€lt - die ToilettenspĂŒlungen beider WCs funktionierten nur, wenn man den Hebel wieder zurĂŒckdrĂŒckt, sonst lĂ€uft kein Wasser mehr nach. Hat ein paar Tage gedauert, bis wir das rausgefunden haben und mussten den SpĂŒlkasten mehrmals auseinandernehmen - das Bett im Masterbedroom ist so weich, dass es einen umarmt, wenn man sich reinlegt. Muss man mögen - den Außenbereich fanden wir nicht sehr einladend: Der eiserne Sitzbereich war etwas unbequem, die Auflagen könnten mal wieder ausgetauscht werden. Um den Tisch waren ein MĂŒlleimer und ein kleiner KĂŒhlschrank aufgestellt, die schon bessere Zeiten gesehen haben. Überhaupt war der Außenbereich nicht so sauber und der PoolkĂ€fig hat viele Löcher, sodass die MĂŒcken reinkommen Dennoch wir hatten eine schöne Woche!

Perfect Family Getaway

This house was perfect for our family. We frankly had to convince the kids to leave it to do other activities! The location and views are perfect. Between the pool, kayaks, and fishing off the dock everyone was happy. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything you could want and more...!

We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The pictures do not give this property justice for the WOW factor that hits you when you walk in. This home had everything we wanted plus some. We wanted beach access, a pool, and relaxation by the water. The home is well stocked and easily accessible to everything you could need or want. We would happy return and enjoy this home all over again.

MLB

We chose this property for its convenient location between Tampa and Miami, allowing us to visit both MLB parks. The location was fantastic! We enjoyed beach days at Sanibel, Vanderbilt Beach in Naples, and Fort Myers. There were plenty of fishing charters to choose from. The kayaks and bikes at the property were a big hit with our family. It's the perfect spot for a family vacation!

Quaint & Quiet

This house is located in such a nice neighborhood! It’s quiet & everyone made us feel like we were part of the neighborhood! We loved going on bike rides in the neighborhood, sitting out on the deck & watching the sunset, swimming in the pool & eating at all the wonderful restaurants! We really enjoyed Cape Coral & would definitely come back!

Wonderful home and location!

We spent 3 weeks at the house and enjoyed all the amenities. Had a couple items to address throughout the stay. The managers very promptly addressed all. Recommend this for a fun vacation with access to so many great restaurants, beaches, and events.
