Our family trip to the stunning beaches of Naples was nothing short of perfect. We had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel that added to the warmth of our experience. I cherished every moment of our visit—the nearby outlet mall was a mere five-minute drive away, and the convenience of having shops and restaurants all within walking distance made exploring the area a breeze. However, there was one unfortunate drawback that marred our otherwise delightful stay: room number 105. It became quite an inconvenience when we tried to brush our teeth, as the water flow was erratic. The faucet would often sputter, occasionally remaining stubbornly still, with water pooling rather than rushing through. Despite this small hiccup, the beauty of Naples and the joy of being with family made it a trip to remember.

Location was very good for shopping, food and easy access for people with some mobility issues. Very helpful staff on check in. Omar was exceptional in service helping to get us checked in, connected to internet and was very helpful in providing information on services available. Good location and clean

This hotel was clean and quiet, conveniently located and the staff was welcoming. I would consider staying here in the future. There is a school across the parking lot so I imagine it could at some point get loud outdoors but we did not experience any uncomfortable noise or traffic.
