Staff is great and welcoming. They keep the coffee fresh which is a plus in my book. The room was nice and clean and a nice comfortable king size bed to sleep on. It's been a nice and quiet stay.

Exceeded expectations

Booked a room for a visiting friend. Chose it for the low price and so expectations were also low. Was pleasantly surprised by clean room, helpful staff, and comfortable bed. Very quiet room. My friend smokes cigarettes, and this is one of the few choices in the area that have some "smoking allowed" rooms. Did not make use of pool, but water felt warm and was clean. The owners are really working hard to provide a pleasant stay for one of the lowest prices in area.

Nice furniture but the place is a dump. Just painted over beat up doors and trim. Exterior is NOTHING like the photographs. Run down and ugly outside. Sign is hidden behind trees so hard to find.
