eu nunca imaginei um atendimento tao ruim, so entrei no quarto as 16 horas porque as 14 horas nao tem quarto, alem de tudo o hotel nao tem elevador e nem avisa no anucio, tem uma rampa sem esbarro e sem nenhuma sinalização e extremamente escoregadio se voce nao tomar cuidado pode levar uma queda, o restaurante nao tem nenhuma placa, alias nao tem placa em lugar algum e o hotel é de uma forma que ninguem sabe em andar está, os ar condicionados jogando o ar nos corredores, a tapioca leva meio seculo pra sair porque so tem uma pessoa lenta fazendo, ainda é totalmente sem sal, alem de nao ter hotel no seu horario de entrada, quando chega meio dia ja estao lhe ligando pra voce sair, pior custo beneficio que ja paguei na vida, fiquei 3 dias e nao limparam meu quarto uma unica vez, sequer colocaram papel higienico, eu deixava a luz acesa para fazerem limpeza e eles nao limpavam, nao tem serviço de restaurante e nao tem sequer um microondas pra voce esquentar uma comida e nem um talher pra voce poder comer, tambem nao tem restaurante proximo, realmente um absurdo e uma total falta de respeito com o hospede, espero nunca mais passar nem na calçada

O café da manhã é muito bom, tem variedade. O hotel é bem melhor nas fotos do que pessoalmente, a piscina é bem pequena, não possui local para estacionar. A limpeza deixa a desejar, embaixo das camas e das mobílias estava sujo. Mas de modo geral, indico o hotel.

Tive um tempo de qualidade muito bom no Carppa, café da manhã excelente e bem variado, funcionários bem educados. Só achei o quarto e banheiro bem pequenos (não sei se tem quartos maiores) mas como foi pra casal, atendeu mesmo assim... As áreas compartilhadas são lindas e aconchegantes, amei 💗

Um hotel que está no processo de reforma para atualização . As cadeiras da piscina está em estado deplorável , uma inclusive está quebrada . Os colchões velhos . O café da manhã simples e com ovos mexidos extremamente gordurosos . Fiquei apenas uma noite , ainda bem. O recepcionista alto e careca foi um tanto deselegante pois eu fiquei apenas uma noite e na manhã seguinte ao pedir uma toalha , as 8:30 da manhã , ele disse que meu check out era meio dia , sendo que era super cedo e estou acostumada a me hospedar e sei que é meio dia. Bem indelicado ele no seu tom

Foi uma boa experiência, o café da manhã é excelente, atendentes bem receptivos, o ar-condicionado do quarto demora um pouco a esfriar o ambiente mas esfria sim. A vista do terraço é muito bonita. Como já comentaram anteriormente, existem alguns barzinhos ao redor que fazem um pouco de barulho mas isso não nos atrapalhou em nada. Enfim, gostamos da experiência, voltaremos em outra ocasião.

Muito bom, mas precisa de alguns ajustes

O atendimento é ótimo mas no primeiro dia de estádia faltou energia por algumas horas da madrugada retornando apenas pela manhã e o hotel não tem gerador, o quarto 236 fica ao lado de um corredor que ficam compressores dos ar condicionados do salão de café da manhã, as 06:30 ele era ligado com um barulho alto que tinha alguns picos alternando o barulho, não tinha como continuar a dormir. A localização é otima, o loca é seguro, todos foram muito educados e solicitos.
