We rented a room standard, with kitchenette, and balcony. Albeit small, the roomm had all required amenities, including a dinner table, full kitchen - with recent kitchenware (a cutting board should be added). Good size balcony, overlooking a road but a lot of green foliage from trees make it nice to look at. Bed was comfortable. Quiet place. 30 minute walk from city center, but at a much cheaper price then those located in center. free outside parking on site.

Without any in-person help, we could able to do everything using the new technology. Everything was provided accordingly. But we stayed 6 days, but nobody showed up to clean the room while we were staying.

Beautiful, clean and affordable. Highly recommend for short stays and if I needed a long stay I would definitely rent a unit. Walking distance to downtown core with parks and trails surrounding immediate area. My ONLY complaint is sometimes the key fob was tricky using at front door.

Great ‘virtual’ ck-in / ck-out ..easy/ intuitive to use. Contact / communication with helpful manager of building - quick/efficient = and thank you Gabby for taking extra time to help me with carrying items to room. All amenities in suite = everything u need / all modern/ up-to-date. Well maintained / super clean!!! I loved this place. I’m a short “older” female / 82 with recent back injury - and thought I’d have trouble getting in/out of very high bed …but using bedside table as a ‘step-up’ …although precarious .. managed. Suggestion = provide a non-slip ‘stool’ stored in cupboard. Plus no bars in shower ..to grip if needed. Also ..no place to set your soap/ shampoo inside stall. I image these would be hard to install given ceramics. ..but maybe some ‘creative thinking’ ? All in all - a great place ..I wish more of this ‘all inclusive” boutique hotels could be found. I would definitely be booking again. …Beverley

Pros: Great location and easy parking. Room was updated and cosy with enough kitchen items. The windows did a great job blocking out the road noise. The key check-in/out system was amazing. Cons: There was a vent separate from the AC/heat unit that was really loud in the room and continuously blowing. Wish there was someone to answer the phone on the weekends bc I forgot my key in the room when I checked out and couldn't get back in or get ahold of anyone so had to leave a message. Other: I only stayed for 2 nights, but I was given at least 4 nights worth of hotel soaps, etc, so their eco-friendly rating lost some points.

Spotless and comfortable. Bedrooms are very small (one had no window, which was strange), but beds and pillows are comfortable. Kitchenette had good appliances and there were 2 of each utensil and dinner ware. No spare toilet paper though! Check in and out was very straightforward.
