Always alittle disappointed!

Pros: Location
Cons: Better toiletries and breakfast.
I choose this hotel because it was so conveniently located to I-680. Down side is there is a lot of traffic noise trying to sleep. I was travelling and arrived later in the evening, I was informed they no longer had any non smoking rooms available even though that is what I booked. This chain is always skimpy on the toiletries. This time I had to request a blow dryer and go down and get it. Breakfast was a joke. Grabbed a granola bar and took off. I will not use this chain any more.

Not a good vaule.

Pros: The staff.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Near a Safeway, I did see many places to eat within a short walk.
This was my first time at this hotel. The room was ok, but the bathroom fan made a bad sound. The TV cable was awful, most of the channels were not in HD and no ESPN. The staff was nice, check-in and out was under two minutes. I would not stay at this Extended Stay Hotel again.

Don't Do It

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Location: Hard to get in and out of the site.
I booked a King NON SMOKING and got a Queen SMOCKING room, There was no soap shampoo, or cups. The carpet was dirty and the room smelled VERY BAD. The dead bolt to the door would not go through the plate on the door. Black MOLD on the lav in the bath room, the Fire sprinkler heads were taped over or masked off. The desk chair was heavily stained. The Grab and Go Breakfast is a laugh (why even offer it.). The desk operator on Wed night made more excuses for why I was stuck with the room. The desk operator on Thursday was just as equiped as the previous nights help. For the money I got charged for this room, you should be ashamed,

Close to client, clean and quiet

Pros: proximity to client, relatively clean, friendly staff
Cons: Towels have a brown hue and are cheap and rough.
This Extended Stay America is well-run and clean.
