TWO vehicle maximum for the reservation. Two vehicles must fit in the standard size two car garage. Permits must be signed up via website (given in check-in message). Please do not block neighbor's driveway.

First floor contains kitchen, dining area, half bathroom and living room. Second floor contains Master bedroom + en suite bathroom + private balcony, two bedrooms, full bathroom, and laundry room. Third floor contains work space, private bedroom, and full bathroom. All floors have their own personal temperature settings!

No Pets. No Parties/Events. NO EXTRA GUESTS besides number booked for allowed on property without approval. Quiet hours after 10pm. Strictly enforced. No refunds will be given if house rules are not followed. Please be aware there are outdoor cameras.
