It's not a bad place to just stay for a night. However, the water quality seemed a bit unclean.

I was given a room with maximum highway noise plus noisy neighbors who were up most of the night. All I wanted was to rest after a very long drive. Get some soundproof windows at the very least.

Check in process (with a prepaid reservation) was way more difficult than it needed to be. Would have been nice if the TV worked, but it is a Motel 6 and they did leave the light on.

When I arrived to the hotel I knew this was going to be an “interesting” stay. It started with “shady” activities going on in a number of cars in the parking lot. Once I parked and was walking towards the lobby I noticed that a woman was almost completely leaning out a window on the second floor . Once I got inside the staff at the desk was pleasant and helpful but while he was trying to put the room key in the little card holder he licked the card holder and then slid the key inside. I took the elevator to the second floor and heard an elevator make noises that I’m pretty sure no elevator should ever make. I’m pretty sure I got a contact high walking down the hallway to the room. Once in the room I noticed quite a bit of things… when I turned the light on it took a few seconds to turn on. It flickered for a second or two (all the lights did) the door looked like it had been kicked in and to fill the gaps between the door and door frame there was foam glued to the frame. The side table that was attached to the wall was severely slanted downward, if you placed a pen on it, it would have rolled right off. The fire/smoke alarm on the ceiling had exposed wires and was held to the ceiling with tape. There was a huge piece of floor missing on the left side of the bed. It looked like claw marks running down the floor. Despite all of that on the plus side. The shower was clean and the bed didn’t look dirty. Although I was too afraid to check it. Who knows what I would have found.
