Discover Downtown Fuquay from Our Luxury Condo

Circa 1910, this beautiful piece of history is now home to a collection of four luxury condos, located in the heart of downtown Fuquay. Each condo features a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom, well-equipped kitchen open to the living and dining spaces and your own private deck.

Other things to note:

PET POLICY - Maximum 1 dog per stay, $100 pet fee

We love our dogs and are pleased to allow you to bring yours, if he/she is well-behaved and used to traveling.

You are welcome to bring your dog if you agree to the following.
* I agree that my dog is up to date on all vaccinations and that he/she is on a flea/tick preventive.

* I agree to provide my own dog bed and supplies.

* I agree to pay for additional cleaning, repair or replacement of any items damaged by my dog.

The fear and separation anxiety experienced by many dogs left unattended can result in barking/howling and destruction of flooring and door frames. Please know your dog and do not leave him/her alone in the house, uncrated, if this is a possibility.

*I agree to always pick up after my dog.

*I agree to keep my dog on a leash always held by me or a responsible individual when outside or in the common area—and I will remove the leash from my dog only while he/she is within the confines of the house. I also agree to keep my dog close to me when other people/dogs are around.

*I understand this is a quiet condominium and I agree to prevent my dog from barking excessively or causing any other disturbance while staying at the property.

Pet Restriction- Unfortunately, our insurance company will not allow us to host the following breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, wolf hybrid of any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds listed.

Wonderful property!

This is a perfect condo for a very relaxing stay. The bed and furnishings were very comfortable and kitchen fully stocked with appliances and dishware. The owner was very prompt with answers to guest”s questions. It is close to a quaint downtown with numerous restaurants within walking distance.

Such a lovely place to stay while we were visiting family and friends in the area. It has every amenity you could possibly want and it’s beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. Great Fuquay Varina downtown stay!

Just far enough away from the two main streets of Fuquay Varina to be quiet, but within walking distance of several breweries, a local attraction and great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The host is the most! We will stay for a return visit.

Beautiful condo; perfectly clean; terrific location. The hostess communicated in a timely and helpful manner. I definitely recommend this place and hope to return myself. The bed is firm, so come prepared for that.
