Step back in time and experience the charm of downtown Fuquay in this beautifully-restored 1910 building, now home to four modernized condos. Immerse yourself in the vibrant community just steps away from the quaint Mineral Springs Park, popular restaurants, breweries, artisan coffee houses, unique shops and more. This condo is the perfect retreat for those who value convenience and a welcoming atmosphere.

Other things to note:
PET POLICY - Maximum 1 dog per stay, $100 pet fee

We love our dogs and are pleased to allow you to bring yours, if he/she is well-behaved and used to traveling.

You are welcome to bring your dog if you agree to the following.

* I agree that my dog is up to date on all vaccinations and that he/she is on a flea/tick preventive.

* I agree to provide my own dog bed and supplies.

* I agree to pay for additional cleaning, repair or replacement of any items damaged by my dog.

The fear and separation anxiety experienced by many dogs left unattended can result in barking/howling and destruction of flooring and door frames. Please know your dog and do not leave him/her alone in the house, uncrated, if this is a possibility.

*I agree to always pick up after my dog.

*I agree to keep my dog on a leash always held by me or a responsible individual when outside or in the common area—and I will remove the leash from my dog only while he/she is within the confines of the house. I also agree to keep my dog close to me when other people/dogs are around.

*I understand this is a quiet condominium and I agree to prevent my dog from barking excessively or causing any other disturbance while staying at the property.

Pet Restriction- Unfortunately, our insurance company will not allow us to host the following breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, wolf hybrid of any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds listed.

A great location, clean and comfortable unit.

This unit was fully furnished and equipped. The owner took time to label everything from light switches to cabinet contents which eliminated much guessing. The unit was very clean and the location was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home.

Great find and location!

This place looked brand new! It was very clean and upscale. Easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. I don't really visit that area often, but if I do again, I would 100% stay here again. I didn't really use the kitchen, but it was very large. All the spaces were very large, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. Also, amenities like shampoo and body wash were included, plenty of new towels. And plenty of onsite parking. Thank you!!

Best property ever.

I have stayed at dozens of VRBO properties, and this was probably the best or second best property that I have stayed at. The unit was immaculately clean, had everything we needed, and the property manager was very communicative. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again. Loved the amount of morning sunlight coming in and had it been a little warmer outside, would have loved to take advantage of the balcony dining. The location was charming, being within walking distance to the little park nearby as well as the quaint coffee shops.

A Week of Relaxation

This property is pristine in all ways. Kitchen was welll equipped with utensils, glass ware, pots and pans and the larest appliances. It is located in an area close to shoping and restaurants. It was enjoyable from start to finish.
