"Compared to when it was the Hilton Garden Inn, it’s a bit rough around the edges. The pool had no water in it, the wallpaper was stapled to the wall at a seam in one area, the room smelled slightly musty upon entering. The towels, which used to be soft, were rough to the touch. A housekeeper started to enter our room at 9:30 AM, even though checkout is noon. She was very apologetic but she saw me in a somewhat undressed state. 32” TV easy to connect our Netflix account. Don’t stay in the room 23X area on a Thursday night! The garbage truck noise at 4:30 AM could’ve woken the dead. Plus side: comfy bed, good coffee - from the lobby, there was a Keurig in the room but no coffee cups, only tea."

"Very nice room, updated and comfortable. No maid service but we did not mind this at all. Fresh towels were always available. Only spoke with staff on check in. Asked for breakfast recommendations and only received info for chains like Dunkin. We were hoping for local breakfast places. Found some by looking on-line. Pillows were very uncomfortable and sheet quality was poor. However, everything was very clean. Overall this was a fine room."

"Location, location, location - less than a block away from the Gaffer District perfect for strolling window shopping and grabbing a bite or a tasty ice cream treat! Some modernization going on at the hotel with exposed cables in the hallways but otherwise the property was well kept and the room was spotless. Plus a quick two minute drive from the Corning Museum, the attraction that’s worth the admission."
