When I ordered the room the system didn’t recognize I had a pet and let the desk know that. He changed our room to accommodate our pet. Which is fine.

If there was a zero rating, I would give it that. The room that they gave us reeks dog pee. We have stayed in pet friendly hotels, but it did not smell like that. We did not request for a pet-friendly room but they assigned us that and when we requested for one that is not, they told us that there were none available. We understand that it’s graduation season, but for the amount that we paid for the room, it was just unacceptable. It was a health hazard, to say the least! We even bought our own cleaning supplies to sanitize the room, since their housekeeping was gone at 6pm. The bed sheets were worn, the curtains were stained and the floors were sticky. We even had the shower curtain replaced since we thought that it was the culprit, but to no avail. We consumed a whole can of Lysol, a bottle of disinfectant and a whole pack of Clorox wipes, but the pee smell won’t go away. We felt that the pee odor has seeped into the floor and the vents that kids can’t tolerate it anymore. I have been complaining to the front desk everyday, but it doesn’t seem like they could smell it since they’re nose blind. They gave us a refund for one night, which we think is not enough to cover the aggravation and inconvenience it caused. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Weekend stay

The staff at this location is amazing. Everyone is so polite and friendly. Loved the size of our room. Our room had a microwave which was amazing and a pretty good size mini fridge. The bathroom tub could have had a better deep clean and the door to the bathroom was a bit awkward due to its large size. Overall though everything was great.

Not worth the money

At 260 a night I expect a lot more. Bed was very hard and spring were old and made boise anytime you moved. The whole room neede to be up grated. Smallest tv live seen in a hotel room in 20 years. Should be more like 100 a night

FIRST AND LAST.I WILL NEVER RECOMMENDED TO ANY OTHER PERSON. MANY TIMES I DID RESERVATION IN GAINESVILLE IN DIFFERENT PLACES AND THIS IS THE ONLY TIME THAT DIDN'T I FELT THIS WAY. LITTLE ADVICE. CHECK OUT YOUR CLEANING PERSONAL AND THE JOB THEY DO CAUSE THEY ARE NOT MAKING LOOK GOOD. SORRY BUT THAT'S THE WAY I FILL.
