Our home is a brand-new build with all new furniture, appliances, and amenities. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped for cooking. We have 3 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

Great property with great amenities!! This is a premier location if you’re looking for comfort at a reasonable price point. The home is a new build and resembles the online pictures. The only downfall is the tight parking. The home across from us had company frequently which created a tight space for parking. We will definitely be looking to book this place again during the football season.

Gator Weekend

Our stay was perfect! Every detail was thought of including stocked shampoo/soap bottles in showers, and several packets so that we could do laundry. It was a great weekend to enjoy Gator football, and we will definitely be back!

Great Stay in Brand New House!!

I recently stayed at a beautifully furnished, brand new Vrbo property in Gainesville, FL, and it was an exceptional experience. The home was immaculate and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
