Hilton close to UF campus

Our stay at Hilton was average. The location was great and very close to the UF campus. The service was great. I feel the hotel is older. This is fine but I do feel the hotel needs some updates. Our room was comfortable and enough space but the bathroom needed some work. And I feel the bathroom could have been cleaner. Over all stay was fine.

My room went 4 days without getting cleaned, or trash picked up, or towels replaced. I had to call and text to get service, and even then, my room wasn’t serviced until after 6pm. I initiated room cleaning at check-in, but that was ignored. And even after having to call and text, you would think my room would be cleaned the following day - NOPE. Hotel is also outdated. Phone app barely works with the locks. Everything but the lobby is old.
