Room was dirty! Carpet dirty, floors dirty. Desk help new and had no idea what they were doing, made me wait in lobby while they called manager! Never again!!!!

Our go-to hotel!

Anytime we go to Gainesville for Gator gymnastics stuff, we stay here. We love it and the convenience to shopping and dining. The staff is always great and it includes breakfast.

Overall the property was nice. The resort style pool area was a pleasant surprise, very beautiful. There was hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in but the bathroom other wise was very clean.
