The Sunset Oasis is a recently renovated two-story home in the perfect location to stay for games or graduation. Small events allowed with pre-approval, deposit, and contract. Not too close to all the noise of campus but close enough to walk if you want.

Three unique private ensuite bedrooms await you upstairs, equipped with Roku TV's.

Downstairs you'll find a fully equipped open entertaining in/outdoor space for your group to enjoy. Ask Alexa to play you some tunes to set the vibe or turn on the string lights outside!

It’s a great place for family or groups of friends to hang out on game day or any other occasion. You won't regret taking advantage of the relaxing two-tier deck outside. You will make great memories having dinner under the twinkling string lights, relaxing in the hammock during the day under the sun sail, or having a cup of coffee at the seating area in the morning dew.

The downstairs living room, dining room, and kitchen offers a great entertaining space for your group to lounge and interact. You can ask Alexa to play some tunes or even games! Take your meals at the kitchen bar or at the dining room table, whichever suits your group best!

When you are ready to be away from everyone, you can retreat upstairs to you own private bedroom and bathroom. Each room is uniquely styled so that you can find your goldilocks style match. You can log into your own streaming services on the Roku TV's! With guest mode you will be automatically logged out on the date you select, so you don't have to worry about future guests watching your shows. Additional guests can find a queen sized memory foam bed inside the living room sofa or utilize the Air Mattress.

This was our second time staying at this property with a group of friends to attend events at UF. Easy walking distance to the Stadium and O'Connell center, as well as Publix and restaurants. The house is clean and comfortable, and the hosts are attentive and communicative. We'll be back next year!

Charming home with plenty of space for the whole family! They even had a beautiful balloon bouquet in the living room for graduation- awesome extra touch and much appreciated!! Great house for Gator fans

Our group (five college friends now in our 60s) loved this house. We met in Gainesville to enjoy each other’s company and attend some Gator sporting events. We enjoyed walking the 1+ mile to campus and also driving to some spots a little farther away. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely rent again.

We visited Gainesville to go to a swim meet, a basketball game, and a tennis tournament. This house was perfect. It was beautiful, clean, had almost everything you could want, and was within walking distance of campus. Communication with the property managers was quick and easy. We have stayed in a lot of rental homes, and this was one of the best. We can't wait to go back.
