Fire code violations galore. Illegal locking of emergency and fire exits throughout building. Padlocks on fire egress doors. Huge safety issue and fire code violations.

No one to check you in at office but 4-6pm room needed to be swept and mopped piled up dirt at entrance of building 2000 bag of trash sitting in the hallway of floor 4

NO hot water. Leaking tub faucet. Complicated check-in. Leak in room down the hall. Maintenance going on till midnight. Toilet bowl not clean. Certainly not worth over $100. Stained mattress cover.

This property is under a complete renovation- front desk is re-located. Hallways are loud with slamming doors and echo in the halls. Guests were inconsiderate if others late at night (not the hotels fault on other guests) only sheets on the bed and no blanket, safe in room was completely apart so not an option to put any valuables there. Very run down property. Would not stay again with other options in the area.

The pictures online are completely false. When we tried to check in the computers were down (that lasted the whole day) and we were let into our room by the staff. The hallways to the room were damp due to the sprinkler system flooding the halls earlier. The sink in our room would not drain and could not be used and when I called for it to be repaired no one ever showed up. The parking lot was full of intoxicated people later that night making it feel very unsafe. When we tried to check out the next day the front lobby was closed and locked with a note saying they wouldn't;'t be open until 10am. We had to leave for another destination by then. I tried calling later that day to make sure I was fully checked out and there were not any unauthorized charges on my account, but I could only leave a message since no one ever answered. I have not had a return call in the past 5 days.

We’ve stayed her for many years as patients at Shands- and this by far was the worst I’ve seen this hotel. It was dirty, noisy from construction workers arriving back from work to partty at 11 pm- and the air smelled like weed. The beds were uncomfortable- and the hot water was mediocre. There was hair in the bathtub I cleaned before allowing my disabked daughter time to shower before surgery. Never again will I stay here. Went to check out at 6:30 am and the doors were locked. I’d better get my $50 security deposit back they don’t tell you about when booking.
