The breakfast had no coffee, limited choices on everything else. No one monitoring. The first room we were put in was next to laundry and it kept running until 2am even after I asked them to stop. 2nd room sounded like our neighbors were in the same room as we were...noisy! Marie at front desk worked hard to fight computer problems that were plaguing the area. Pool was biggest in a hotel I have seen. And it was warm too. Hot tub was great. Easy access to downtown Galena. Clean hallways, room and good breakfast.
