The house was easy to locate, clean and perfect for our low-key girls week! We did get confused with the door code, but were able to get in touch with the property manager quickly to resolve our confusion. Would definitely stay here again!

The short and sweet of it: The host is great 10/10 with communication, timely responses and assistance. The location 10/10! It’s less than 5 miles from River Street and downtown which is amazing! The house is older, but quaint. The bathrooms, bedrooms and living room spaces were nice. The not-so-nice: The cleanliness was an issue. 2/10. Beer bottles littered the front porch area, cigarette butts all in the covered parking area, ashes and unidentified substances on the back patio table, sticky substances on the kitchen wall, used towel and toothbrush under the guest bed- just to name a few things. We were very excited about the screened in porch area - the pictures were amazing, but it was destroyed when we arrived. The oversized connect 4 was broken, beer tops all around the rug, trash under the table, the place setting and runner were all on the ground and it smelled like an ashtray out there. Definitely not family friendly. There were no kitchen towels or sponges, but the host did DoorDash sponges so we could wash up some cups….which you need to bring with you. This house has no real drinking glasses, wine glasses or juice glasses. It has a handful of plastic cups that were all stuck together with some unidentified substances, so that was a hard pass. Altogether, the cleanliness and lack of kitchen staples and supplies left more to be desired.
