When i booked at this hotel , i booked for 2 reasons : the view and the pool. When i arrived turns out my room was facing the street , the pool does not have chaise longue . The cherry on the cake is that the hotel does not have forks or utensils and the lobby employee told me that he does not have acess to the restaurant to grab a couple so here i am eating my diner with my bare hands in my room.

No pool. Closed for scheduled maintenance. Not advised prior to booking. I complained and Expedia tried to get partial refund for me as I could have picked a cheaper place but I wanted the pool. Hotel refused. I'm extremely disappointed at their greed. Two stars bc the ladies at the counter were lovely and lent me their own charger for the night. That was going above and beyond. Too bad they work for such a miserly company

Nous avons rĂ©server un hĂŽtel avec piscine. Nous avons rĂ©alisĂ© plus tard que leur piscine Ă©tais briser. FAUSSE PUBLICITÉS sur les sites de rĂ©servation qui indiquent que l'hĂŽtel possĂšdent une piscine. Nous nous sommes fait lancer la balle par expedia et le best wester pendant plus de 14h nous disant que la chambre serais cancellĂ© et qu'ils attendait simplement un couriel ou appele de expedia!! Expedia nous confirme que l'hĂŽtel refuse de rembourser et l'hĂŽtel nous disant l'inverse. Au final nous ne sommes toujours pas remboursĂ© et nous n'avons jamais Ă©tĂ© Ă  l'hĂŽtel. LE GERANT 0 professionnel nous mentionne qu'il n'a pas besoin de nous dans son hĂŽtel etc. Ils sont bon pour louer une chambre et rĂ©colter $$$, mais ne respectent pas leurs offres (piscine) et complique la vie lorsqu'il est temps de rembourser la chambre .
