The room was nice and clean… just right for a short stay. The walls were a bit thin, as we could hear everything going on around us. The bathroom was clean, but small and outdated… complimentary toiletries were good quality but missing hair conditioner and lotion. The pool area was clean and fun for all! The indoor pool was our main reason for booking this hotel. The restaurant in the Lobby had wonderful service and the pizza was excellent!! Hotel is convenient for walking and also hopping on a trolley. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Staff were all incredibly friendly. They let us check in 2 hours early. Rooms are clean and well stocked. A few things could be updated ex. The tv was slow and stations went in and out, WiFi was also a little slow . My kids LOVED the pool! Overall very happy with our stay

Awful stay. Heater unit REEKED of mold when I switched on the heat. Made me GAG! I went and got disinfecting spray from a store and doused the unit inside and outside twice. Still awful. Turned it off and suffered the temperature. Sliding glass door track was FILTHY and damaged, making it difficult to slide to treat the heater. The sliding glass door latching hardware was quite damaged and didn’t work properly. Sorry, these deficiencies earn this property a 0/10 from me. A total fail and would never recommend.

Only issue I had was parking when the hotel is full finding a parking spot is challenging the gentleman working nights would see me driving around looking he would come out and help
