We had a room in the 3rd floor. Located at the back of the hotel ( right outside the door by the pool). Overall very clean and daily room service ( beds made & new towels). Located a couple blocks up from parkway! Trolly stops right out front on a schedule! Very friendly staff! This is an older hotel with updates.

The whole experience was fun and stress-free. Check-in was simple, checkout just as well, the pool was very clean and fun! Restaurant was nice for the night we didn't want to go out. Will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Glenstone! All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Just a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg and trolley accessible. The restaurant inside was very convenient. We can’t wait to plan our next stay!

Checking in everybody was super friendly. Every time I went to the front desk they were always friendly. The carpet in the room was icky not as clean as I would like it. The tile floor in the bathroom was sticky so I cleaned it myself. Our room was inside room facing the pool. Loved it wish the room was a little more soundproof but overall I’m definitely coming back. The restaurant is not open for breakfast during the week. It’s only open on the weekends Friday, Saturday Sunday. The restaurant open at night service is very slow, but the food is good.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Use of the pool and hot tub was nice at night to relax from walking all day! A lot of shops in the area and things to do. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

When we checked in, check in was quick and easy. However, when we got to the room there was mold on a lampshade, the ceiling and a photo frame. We called down to the front desk who got maintenance to come right up. They could not move us that night, but promised we would have a new room in the morning. When we woke up and went downstairs, they had our new room ready as promised. They also did comp our room for the first night for the inconvenience. The staff and maintenance were wonderful. The restaurant had delicious pizza. The hot tub was great after a long day out and about in the city. The only downside was there was no complementary breakfast. But through a recommendation, there is a great pancake house down the street within walking distance.
