The best part was being able to just walk a couple of hundred yards away from the S terminal of Gatwick airport straight to the Hilton reception area. Check in was less than five minutes. The hallways smelled a bit musty, but the room was perfect as expected. Complimentary water was much appreciated. The staff at breakfast lead by Jamie was couterous and professional. The English breakfast was perfect in every way. We are already thinking of planning a trip to the UK utilizing the train stations, and using the Hilton as a home base. Cheers.

The room was perfect for our needs—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Check-in and check-out were as smooth as we could have hoped for. The staff were welcoming, efficient, and friendly, and we really enjoyed spending time in the bar and restaurant in the evening. The buffet breakfast in the Garden Restaurant was excellent. We will definitely stay at this hotel again for our Gatwick flights—thoroughly recommended!

Room very clean. Crabtree and Evelyn shower products were amazing. Great fluffy towels. The king size bed was so comfy. Breakfast was a buffet, great choices for vegetarians and non vegetarians. Overall, we had a brilliant stay. Check out time is 12 o'clock Will definitely be back.
