Gearhart House guests have access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise room.

You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN

NO PETS ALLOWED! (The owner does bring their dog, but does not allow other animals in the unit)

Unit G716 is a 2 bedroom condo located on the 4th floor of Gearhart House.

The great room joins the dining room and kitchen to provide ample, open space for all guests.  Included in the living space is a queen-size sofa bed, ample recliners and dining table and chairs. A large flat-screen TV and DVD provides television and movie entertainment via DISH and Wi-Fi.   For warmth and ambiance an electric fireplace sits in the room. The main bedroom also has a large flat-screen TV and a king bed. The walk-in shower adjoins the room and a chair is available to make it ADA. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and  the second shower/bath is adjacent in the hallway.  Looking out the two west patio doors in the main living area or sitting on the adjoining deck, one can enjoy the full view of the ocean. When not taking in the beautiful view or listening to the breakers  you can enjoy the pool/hot tub accessible via the elevator to the basement or take a stroll to the beach.

This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.

***Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas***

Very nice, dated property. Great view. The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. I would suggest including cleaning products so guests could touch up any areas missed. The staff were excellent and very accommodating.

Unfortunately, if we had we known about the significant mold in the principal bathroom shower we would not have rented this property. Elsewhere, the wood laminate flooring is coming unglued, the second bathroom shower needs bleaching, and overall, the property would benefit from an update. The view of the ocean is wonderful. Had this property been properly cleaned the imperfections could have been overlooked, but the mold is a deal breaker.

I have no complaints except, it could use a good deep cleaning. The rugs felt a bit gritty and there was built-up dirt in the corners. Also, crumbs and dust on the floor.

More Than A Room With A View

Celebrated Our daughter's 20th birthday 🎂

Was a short trip, 3days. We didn't expect it to rain most of the time, but the accommodations were amazing, along with the Pandemic view of the ocean. The property has everything you would need. We also used the indoor pool and spa. Got to see the Aquarium in Seaside. We are Definitely making this a regular family spot.

Gearhart by the Sea

My mom turned 90 in July and all she wanted for her birthday was to see the ocean. This property was perfect for viewing the ocean waves! We even viewed whales, bald eagles and a herd of elk...all from our 4th floor balcony. Even though all the units around us were filled, we were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was in our unit. This was a perfect place for us to celebrate my Mom's 90th birthday. Thank you!

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. There were 2 couples. The condo is spacious with a great view of the Pacific Ocean. The kitchen is very well stocked. Very nice cookware and utensils. The only thing that was a little confusing was the check in process. I had to call to find out where to go. It is across the street from the complex. But once there the check in went very well. Also a great restaurant across the street.

A day at the Beach!

Pictures do not do this condo justice! It feels much bigger than pictures show. We found it clean and comfortable! It was supplied with everything needed for a perfect visit to the beach. We will be back!

Great View in Quiet Neighborhood

This condo is very nice with amazing views and very close to the beach. The setup is great. The bed was comfortable. It is across the street from a hotel which is where you check in. The link from the app to my Apple Maps was about half a mile from the location, I had to call to get directions. It would help also for the listing to include the name of condo building and an email that explains the check in process. We would love to come here again.

I Love Gearhart

This condo has a terrific view of the ocean (4th floor) and the gorgeous Gearhart Beach. I love Gearhart because it is not a touristy town even though there are lots of vacation rentals. We've stayed there many times. It is quiet and not crowded. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I selected it because of the recliners in the living room. My husband likes to sleep in a recliner. The bed was very comfortable for me. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset, walking on the lovely hard sand beach and the indoor pool. I would definitely select this condo for a return trip.
