We like :- the area of the motel is convenient for us as it is easy to get to and has everything we need in walking distance. (LOCATION) What we don’t like was the smelly room , old furniture, outdated and old floor coverings , old bathroom and outdated shower but the worst thing was the filthy sheets on the bed with blood stains on them !!!’ Had to sleep on bath towel to cover dirty sheet .

Good position nice motel

Nice hotel friendly receptionist. Parking a problem cramped & not at door. Rooms need lighting upgraded. Good position. Pub our back gate nice meals & 15 mins to Spirit of Tasmania & Geelong foreshore

Old style motel ground floor units. Tight car park. Welcome at reception was fine. Rooms have plenty of room and clean but the place is getting tired. Maintenance required. Location is good. Pub next door with good meals. Supermarket and food outlets close by.

Great value for money

Old style motel but was very comfortable. Friendly reception. Large room. Comfy bed. Good shower pressure. Only complaint was size of TV and inability to watch YouTube but overall very good value for money
