Very very very different rooms to what is shown on the picture.
Booked deluxe family apartment but ended up with a room size of a compact box. The room was 1bedroom room made as 2bed and named as deluxe where there was no proper ventilation for air.
On top of that, the cupboards were dirty and greasy when touched. The spoons, cups and all utensils were dirty not in a condition to use. Everything around there was greasy even the sponge was dirty.
Paid for parking but another person asked for parking charge and when told it was paid and check the records he was rude. And ended up not updating the parking authority on the card. We had to call everytime for both entry and exit. Very very very inconvenient and cheap hotel to what was expected. So
Much money for a piece of box.
Stinky bed and towels and cockroaches. Finally after showing frustration they offered another apartment with double beds when we had booked for queen, this room stink of pee. We had to spray our perfumes to be able to stay in the living room.
