Joivy desperately needs a more streamlined process for entry. I'm grateful to other reviewers who warned it's very difficult to access. For future visitors: Joivy sends a form that needs to be filled out (fee paid) before they send a link to access OR *exact* directions. However I experienced an error message in trying to submit this form. I tried a few different ways of contacting someone to help me get past this error, waited several hours to hear back... however Joivy's long-term rental team apparently can't talk to their short-term people (??) could not help me. Finally I got through to the right people (make sure you have What's App configured) who said they could let me in. But I was using directions sent by Expedia on Google maps which is **incorrect *and* much father** the place is really just across the street from the train station. The location is extremely convenient but not if you wander the streets for 45 minutes with children in tow trying to find it. Once you get in, you'll find a bare bones apartment. No blankets on the beds, the blankets in closet needed to be washed. Cigarette butt & used soap in the bathroom. No coffee or tea. BE CAREFUL: if one person leaves & locks door from the outside, it cannot be unlocked from the inside!! (This is fire hazard & illegal in some other countries). Note: the *smallest* key opens the main entry door. Good luck. Or just steer clear of this place all together.
