Il Genovino room was really comfortable and of a high standard. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The staff communicated well and were on hand for any questions and provided recommendations. We would stay again and would definitely recommend to others

Fantastic location, walkable to shops, cafes, restaurants. Be sure to look for via San Giuliano. It is a lovely walking path to Corso Italia and the sea. You can walk to Boccadasse in 20 minutes without dealing with any car traffic.

Hidden gem in a great city

We visited here on a road trip through Italy. We managed to park directly outside the property for free (Sunday is free ,easypark app for other days still cheap). We were greeted at the property by Francesca who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The property was very clean and modern with a great decor. The room was big and extremely clean with everything we could ask for. In the lobby was a coffee machine and other amenities too. Francesca gave us a voucher for breakfast that can be used at two local cafes , we visited CafĂš magon and had a great breakfast! We had an evening meal at Ristorante Del Ponte which was also amazing ! Our stay was enjoyable and super comfortable. We would stay here again

Niet echt super tevreden. De kamer zelf is keurig / schoon en heerlijk stil. Bij de incheck werd alles op afstand gedaan wat ik erg onpersoonlijk vind. Wij verbleven er 7nachten en we heb en maar 1x schone handoeken gekregen na 3dgn daarna niet meer. Voor anno 2023 kan dot gewoon echt niet meer. En zeker niet voor het geld wat wij betaald hebben. Volgende ochtend moesten we zelf vragen waar het ontbijt bleef of waar het gehouden word. Vind dit gewoon een grote min punt kwa service

Quel dommage !

C'est la premiĂšre fois que je prends un B&B Ă  l'Ă©tranger et je ne le referais pas. ArrivĂ©s un peu tard (21H) on nous dirige par tĂ©lĂ©phone (assez simple), mais la difficultĂ© pour se garer dans ce quartier doit ĂȘtre vraiment signalĂ©e. Sinon la chambre est trĂšs jolie, bien Ă©quipĂ©e mais l'endroit manque furieusement de chaleur Ă  tel point que les occupants se croisent Ă  la seule machine Ă  cafĂ© (qui ne fonctionne pas) mais que le lien ne se fait pas. Pas du matin, sĂ»rement..... A signaler aussi que le ''breakfast'' se compose de gĂąteaux pĂ©rimĂ©s. J'arrĂȘte lĂ  car c'est la premiĂšre fois que je laisse un avis dĂ©sagrĂ©able mais ayant signalĂ© les dysfonctionnements sur le livre d'or je n'ai mĂȘme pas eu un petit message, ou plutĂŽt si le trĂšs convenu (nous avons Ă©tĂ© ravis de vous recevoir.... sans mention de mon mĂ©contentement) de la part d'Anna ou Francesca qui n'Ă©taient pas trĂšs au point non plus sur le montant de la taxe de sĂ©jour. SVP lorsque vous ouvrez un tel endroit avec du charme et plutĂŽt bien placĂ©, faites l'effort de votre prĂ©sence.

Wir wurden in der hochmodernen, sehr sauberen und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten GĂ€steunterkunft im 2. OG (Fahrstuhl vorhanden) freundlichst empfangen. Alles wichtige wurde uns erklĂ€rt und keine unserer Fragen blieb unbeantwortet. FĂŒr den Fall der FĂ€lle ist die Gastgeberin mobil erreichbar. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz vor der HaustĂŒre gefunden, somit ist das Parkticket von Il Genovino fĂŒr 5€/Tag fĂŒr die sonst kostenpflichtigen Parkzonen sehr zu empfehlen. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Minibar mit Softdrinks die tĂ€glich aufgefĂŒllt wurde, einen großzĂŒgigen Kleiderschrank mit Safe sowie eine moderne und leise Klimaanlage. Unser Bett haben wir stets perfekt vorgefunden und wie auf Wolke sieben geschlafen. Weder von der Straße noch von anderen anwesenden GĂ€sten haben wir etwas mitbekommen. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine gerĂ€umige Dusche fĂŒr zwei, HandtĂŒcher, BademĂ€ntel, Pantoffel, Fön, Hygieneartikel alles inklusive. Wer einen angenehmen RĂŒckzugsort mit Charme sucht, findet ihn unserer Meinung definitiv hier. Wir bedanken uns nochmals fĂŒr den phantastischen Aufenthalt und wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Een verborgen pareltje, alle luxe aan wezig, zelfs als je de tandenborstel bent vergeten, het is er, de B&B is helemaal nieuw mooie details, ontbijt is perfect, dag te voren wordt gevraagd wat m'n wil en er wordt voor gezorgd.

Struttura nuova arredata con stile e curata nei minini dettagli, pulizia impeccabile, ogni stanza munita di tutti i confort di un 5 stelle, colazione buona sia dolce che saltata e soprattutto la gentilezza e disponibilitĂ  della Sig.ra Anna proprietaria del BB. Da considerarsi anche la location, 10 min a piedi e si Ăš in Corso Italia vicino alla rinomata Boccadasse. Per questo lo consiglio vivamente e il giudizio complessivo Ăš ECCELLENTE
