Beautiful 3 bedroom modern home

This modern beautiful lower level 3 bedroom apartment is located on 2nd street in the greater Georgetown area. Provides all amenities for a wonderful vacation. You can comfortably sleep 6 people in this great space. Spacious rooms, comfortable and safe environment.Beautiful and breezy backyard for outdoor activities , and barbecue. (yes there's an outdoor grill) You will love my place because of the elegant decor, security cameras, the cosiness and the location. Its 45 minutes away from Cheddi Jagan International airport and 7 minutes away from Eugene F. Correia International Airport. 3 minute ride to Giftland mall and 2 minutes from movie town. Walking distance to the Seawall, Conference Center, and Caricom. My place is good for couples, families (with kids) and small groups. You are steps away from the seawall, and public transportation. Great location!

I was impressed with the property.. our host was an amazing person who entertained us like she had known us forever and she keeps the property spotless.. staying there make our vacation so much more comfortable and convenient.. I was also thankful to the property owner for reaching out to us with any help we needed in such a timely manner.. thank you for making our stay in Guyana comfortable and enjoyable..Definitely will stay there and it’s highly recommended for anyone who’s interested in visiting Guyana

The property manager Kendra was very helpful and definitely made my stay spectacular. She had the property looking great. Very responsive. The area is safe and in walking distance of a local rum shop. Drives to the little supermarket are 1,500 gd and very close to movie town. Even the property owner was helpful and that assured me of this being the best location to stay at as a foreign traveler to Guyana Ac worked great, wifi was good. Tile floors kept the house cool. I will stay again.

We are a family of 5 (kids are 7, 4, and 2yo) with a lot of travel experience. This apartment was great for us - 3 proper bedrooms so that the kids could sleep, a full kitchen, and outdoor gardens for the kids to play. The parking was inside the perimeter wall and felt safe/secure. It was a short walk to the seawall and easy access to downtown. The whole place was clean and mosquito free. We did hide the nice, breakable centerpieces in a closet ;) There were a few maintenance issues but the owner and his team addressed them promptly.

A beautiful home very clean with all that you need to make you comfortable, the person Rachael that received us was hospitable and kind as well as Renagade the care taker. had a chance to meet the mother of the owner Donna who was helpful and friendly. Enjoyed dealing with the owner Mr Glenn. My only encounter was with home away from home agent that when asked why the total amount of the billing was placed on my card a month ahead of the arrival date was very rude and nonconforable to giving a civil answer.plus the answer given was not true. I can understand putting a hold on the card for a night and receiving the total amount at checkout and being assured the money is available but to collect the total amount prior to occupancy is not good business practice especially when it is not given as a priority before booking and the deduction or cancellation fee is as told after booking. otherwise I would use the property again .with a different contractual agreement of payment in total.

This spacious three bedroom unit was just perfect for us. We will never again stay at any of the hotels in Guyana, including Pegasus and Princess. As professionals who take frequent vacations, we look for spacious, peaceful, safe, ideally situated and posh homes to rent. We also ensure that owners are courteous, knowledgeable and honest. This unit and it's owner, Travis, delivered to our satisfaction. All the complimentary items supplied showed how much this overseas-based owner cares about making his clients happy. As a physician, my wife enjoys nature and therefore found the well-kept landscape and flower garden to be a big bonus. The pictures taken there could give the impression that one is visiting a beautiful garden elsewhere. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons by so many miles that it would be frivolous to mention. This is a great vacation spot for a couple and family returning to Guyana or going as first-time visitors.
