"On arrival we were promptly told we had a free drink as part of our VIP privilege, we drank in the lovely bar area. We were given a lovely room on floor 10 overlooking the river. Staff were friendly and the bed was super comfy. Biggest TV we have ever had in a hotel. "

"it was wonderful, comfortable and very clean. it was accessible to all the shops and restaurants and convenient for disabled people which is more important even with wheelchair is truly convenient. we will book and come back again if we are there in Glasgow and cheap apart from the breakfast that if you are not a morning you don't need to include on your booking. no matter the weather is this hotel is like a five star."
